The Senior Pharmacist – Operations and Redevelopment provides day-to-day support the Associate Director of Pharmacy – Frankston. In addition the incumbent will plan and execute tasks required for the operational commissioning of pharmacy services in the redeveloped Frankston Hospital. The role involves coordinating and executing various tasks related to pharmacy operations, workflow improvements, and special projects, with a focus on enhancing the quality, safety, and efficiency of pharmacy services.

What You Need

We anticipate you will have:

• Full Pharmacy Board of Australia (AHPRA) registration with no restrictions to the scope of practice.
• Experience in a hospital or healthcare pharmacy setting, preferably in a support role.
• Knowledge of pharmacy operations and regulatory requirements.
• Hold or willing to obtain a Post Graduate Qualification in Business

• Proven ability to manage in a hospital pharmacy environmentProven ability to implement change in a complex environment
