ABOUT YOU:

• Previous experience working in a pharmacy dispensary is desirable, but not essential
• S2/S3 Certificate (preferred) or willingness to obtain
• Strong knowledge of OTC products and health services
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
• Confidence in handling customer queries with care and accuracy
• A can-do attitude and willingness to help out wherever needed

DUTIES:

• Extensive S2 and S3 certification (desirable, but not essential)
• Physical and electronic scripts in and out
• Assist with managing dispensary stock levels
• Deliver excellent customer service and provide advice on pharmacy and OTC products
• Support front-of-store operations including point of sale, stock merchandising, and promotional displays
• Help ensure compliance with all pharmacy procedures and health regulations
