This role includes both on-figure fashion photography and product photography, including laydowns and cutouts. The ideal candidate is efficient, adaptable, and comfortable working within established brand guidelines while delivering consistent, high-quality imagery. Reports to: Director of Photography Key Responsibilities: On-Figure Fashion Photography Capture consistent on-model imagery for e-commerce, seasonal campaigns and omni-channels Work closely with Director of Photography to ensure brand standards are met Work with art directors, stylists, HMU artists, producers and digital asset manager to achieve desired results Maintain continuity in lighting and imagery across multiple looks, categories, and shoot days Communicate clearly with models to create dynamic and informative images of product every week Product & Laydown Photography Photograph flat lays / laydowns, accessories, footwear, and product-only imagery Apply consistent lighting, framing, and composition aligned with brand standards Adjust approach across product categories while maintaining visual cohesion Work with prop stylist to create dynamic and informative images Studio Workflow Execute shoots efficiently in a high-volume production environment Follow shot lists, style guides, and technical specifications Work with digitech/post-production artist to ensure smooth handoff of files Handle product with care and follow studio protocols Technical & Quality Control Ensure images meet technical requirements for focus, exposure, color accuracy, and cropping Work confidently with studio lighting, tethered capture, and production equipment Identify and flag issues in real time to avoid reshoots Post Production Ensure capture is accurate, informative and clean so as to minimize need for additional post-production Use Capture One and Photoshop to correct tone and color; composite and retouch when necessary Studio Support Share responsibility for organizing photo studio workspace and equipment Clean up and put things away after photoshoots Upkeep and care of all studio equipment and supplies Replace modeling lights Send gear out for regular maintenance Order supplies when low Set upkeep, including cleaning, painting, and checking sets for repairs Requirements 5-8 years of professional fashion photography experience, preferably in e-commerce or retail studios Strong portfolio showcasing on-figure photography, as well as product and laydown work Proficiency with studio lighting and tethered capture (Capture One) Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Bridge, Premiere) Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments Ability to quickly adapt to brand direction and production workflows Preferred Skills Experience shooting multiple categories (apparel, accessories, footwear) Familiarity with e-commerce image standards and cropping guidelines Strong collaborative skills and clear on-set communication Experience shooting video is a plus Professional Attributes Efficient, reliable, and production-minded Calm and focused under tight timelines Detail-oriented with a strong sense of consistency Professional on set and comfortable working with cross-functional teams Embrace Evereve's HEART values and build strong relationships with the studio team Clear communicator with a collaborative mindset Salary: $85-90K + bonus Evereve Benefits and Perks: Self-Managed PTO: Time off is yours to plan and use as you need it Affordable Health Insurance: 80% employer-paid premiums for medical and dental for team members; 50% covered for eligible partners, spouses and dependents Profit Sharing Bonus: Paid quarterly based on company performance Parental Leave: Generous paid leave benefits for maternity, paternity and adoption to enjoy time with your growing family Flex Spending Accounts: Benefit from pre-tax savings for out-of-pocket healthcare or dependent/daycare costs Additional Insurance: Company paid short-term disability and life insurance 401k + 5% Match: Contribute to your financial future and receive a 5% company match with immediate vesting upon enrollment Fashion Discount: Enjoy a 30% discount on all Evereve product when you shop in our stores Flexible Work Model: Offers work from home flexibility with (3 or 4)-day in-office presence to build connection with team members Culture of Purpose: Experience a culture of purpose rooted in our HEART Values – Humility, Empathy, Authenticity, Relationship and Tenacity
