JOB DESCRIPTION

The successful candidate will be required to work on-site in RAPID, see one-on-one physiotherapy patients, and coach and lead Master’s Program classes. The Senior Physiotherapist will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, progressing rehabilitation programs and educating patients on their injury and activity/load modifications. The role will also include taking patient payments, writing clinical notes, communicating with GPs / Specialists and arranging appropriate patient follow-ups.

QUALIFICATIONS

The candidate must possess the following:

  • B.Sc. Physiotherapy Degree.
  • M.Sc. Physiotherapy, Sports Medicine, S&C or similar (preferred).
  • At least 3 years post-graduate experience.
  • Have sufficient clinical knowledge and evidence-based practice experience to effectively assess, treat and rehabilitate patients and maintain and manage a busy caseload.
  • Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists membership and CORU Registration.
  • Professional Indemnity Insurance
  • Up-to-date CPR / AED qualifications and CPD requirements.
  • Strength and Conditioning qualification (preferred)
  • Elite sports team experience (preferred)
