Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Physiotherapist to join us in this critical role to provide, plan and deliver comprehensive, high-quality care to patients and clients of the Murrumbidgee Local Health District (MLHD).

As the Senior Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for:

  • Working collaboratively and where appropriate lead the multidisciplinary team to optimise health status and well-being of each client/patient and carer in the optimum environment and facilitate safe and timely discharge from the service.
  • Maintaining appropriate and accurate activity statistics and documentation.
  • Providing high level clinical expertise and knowledge in their specialty area (which may include generalist practice) within MLHD
  • Working across both the inpatient and outpatient areas
