REQUIREMENTS:

  • Essential:


    • A recognized degree in Physiotherapy.

    • CORU registration or eligibility to register.
    • A minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience, with at least 1 year in paediatrics or disability.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Desirable:


      • Experience in seating and mobility, orthotics, or neurodevelopmental therapy.

      • Previous experience in a multidisciplinary team setting.
      • Evidence of continuing professional development.
      Responsibilities

      ABOUT THE ROLE:

      As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will take a leading role in delivering high-quality, family-centred physiotherapy services to children and young people with developmental needs. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will provide assessments, interventions, and support to help children achieve their goals.

      KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

      • Conduct assessments of gross motor skills and physical development.
      • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans in collaboration with families and team members.
      • Provide clinical leadership, mentoring, and support to junior staff and students.
      • Participate in interdisciplinary planning and team assessments.
      • Contribute to the development and improvement of physiotherapy services within the CDNT.
