QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• HNC (Higher National Certificate) in a relevant Engineering Subject.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in process plant layout and piping design consultancy.
• Proficiency in Aveva E3D, AutoCAD, and other relevant design software.
• Strong understanding of B31.3 and current piping design practices.

With our client experiencing rapid growth, we are actively searching for a Senior Process Plant Layout and Piping Designer to join their team. This position presents an exciting chance to be part of a dynamic team and contribute to groundbreaking projects within the gas plant design realm.
As a Senior Process Plant Layout and Piping Design Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting new opportunities and ongoing projects for our client. Utilising your expertise in Aveva E3D, laser scan data, and AutoCAD, you will be responsible for developing process plant layouts and piping designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements. This role will also involve participating in client model reviews, supporting brownfield modifications, and occasionally conducting site visits.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop process plant layouts and piping designs using Aveva E3D, laser scan data, and AutoCAD.
• Participate in client model reviews to address design requirements and concerns.
• Support brownfield modifications by proposing design solutions for plant upgrades.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality design solutions.
• Stay updated with industry standards and best practices in process plant layout and piping design.
