We are looking for a talented Senior Piping Designer/Checker (contractor) with extensive experience to lead the design and review of piping systems. This role involves creating detailed layouts and 3D models, ensuring compliance with project standards, and conducting thorough design reviews. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in an EPCM environment and strong proficiency in relevant software..

QUALIFICATION AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Over 10 years of experience within an EPCM framework.
• Expertise in AutoCAD, CADWorx, Plant 3D, and Navisworks.
• Diploma or Certificate in Drafting or Engineering Technology from a recognized institution.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant codes and industry standards.
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong self-checking abilities to ensure accurate designs and drawings.
• Effective time management skills with the capability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Lead the design and checking of piping systems, including creating detailed layouts, 3D models using AutoCAD Plant 3D, and generating isometric drawings, GA drawings, and piping plans.
• Develop and enforce project-specific standards and criteria for pipe supports, specifications, and design.
• Update and maintain PFDs and P&IDs.
• Conduct thorough cross-discipline reviews of drawings and 3D models.
• Evaluate mechanical equipment and perform vendor design reviews.
• Participate in and contribute to 3D model review sessions.
