For company profile, please visit the website :- https://assystem-india.com/ Job Description Nature and Scope: We are looking for a Senior Piping Stress Engineer with 5-8 years of knowledge in experience in performing piping stress and flexibility analysis: • Experience in nuclear pipe stress analysis for the pipelines classified as seismic and safety • Experience in writing and verifying piping calculation notes and piping hypothesis notes. • The ideal candidate will execute the work assigned by the Pipe Stress Lead Engineer, Ensure QC for compliance with nuclear projects, makes use of 3D models (Navisworks), Liaise with other engineers like support and senior engineers for execution of the deliverables. Job Description: • Good Knowledge in piping analysis • Good analytical and planning skills. • 5+ years on piping engineering calculations • Carrying out the dimensioning of pipes and their supports • Carrying out counter-calculations of flexibility and support • Update the modifications made by the Client’s various services • Analyse and compare initial results with those modifications • Produce the associated calculation notes • Update calculations carried out by the Client’s various suppliers • Instruct modifications in relation to the Client’s various services • Working with the designers to implement modifications to 3D models Qualifications Skills and Qualifications: • Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical/ Chemical engineering • Conversant with Piping Design and Engineering as per ASME/EN code • Experience of PMS, VMS, CAESAR/AUTOPIPE/PEPS • Familiarity with MS office • Ability to interpret P&IDs for piping, Conversant with Navisworks / Smart Plant Review, 2D &3D Drafting using AutoCAD • Strong communication skills, and punctuality. Language: Proficiency in English is a must. Knowledge of French will be good.
