We’re a fast-growing restaurant in Bristol, known for authentic Neapolitan pizzas made with the finest ingredients and traditional methods. We’re now looking for a Senior Pizza Chef to lead our pizza kitchen and help us raise the bar even further.

• Prepare and cook Neapolitan pizzas to the highest standard using wood-fired ovens.
• Oversee the pizza section and ensure smooth service during busy shifts.
• Train, mentor and support junior chefs in dough preparation, toppings, and oven management.
• Maintain consistent quality, speed and presentation of dishes.
• Manage stock, ordering and prep to minimise waste.
• Uphold hygiene, food safety and health & safety standards.
