We are looking for a passionate and reliable Pizza Maker to join our team at a busy New York-style pizza in Christchurch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality pizzas in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Key duties and responsibilities
proven past experience in fast paced commercial hand made pizza kitchen preferably in NY style pizza preparation.
Specialised skills in hand stretching dough, operating deck ovens without compromising quality .
Previous experience in supervising and training junior kitchen staff
Must be able to work on weekends public holidays and late night shifts with flexibility for extended hours during peak times
No prior criminal convictions and must be able to pass police clearance
LCQ and duty manager certificate is advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 – $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 30 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Night shift
• On call
• Public holidays
• Rotating roster
