We’re seeking someone to join our Cryptography, PKI team as a Senior PKI Engineer in the Cyber Data Risk & Resilience (CDRR) - Data Protection Services to design, implement, improve and maintain PKI based solutions, working with the internal team, product owner and stakeholders to derive the requirements for various PKI and certificate management needs.

This is a Senior PKI Engineer position at Vice President level, which is part of the job family responsible for providing specialist cyber expertise and creating solutions that protect the organization’s systems and networks against actual and potential security threats and vulnerabilities

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO IN THE ROLE:

  • Communicate regularly with product leads across the technology organization and discuss opportunities for improvement to existing and future technology solutions.
  • Design and implementation of PKI and certificate management solutions
  • Improve and Maintain the existing and new products (Keyfactor, cert management orchestration), while designing and implementing new features
  • Design new deployments of Keyfactor based solutions
  • Work with consumers of the product to assist with integration
  • Solution remediation of hygiene and end of life PKI matters
  • Maintain documentation, assist customers through FAQ entries and consulting queries
  • Resolve issues escalated from users, infra and application owners
  • Interpret high level functional requirements to create detailed implementation designs / plans
  • Assist the PO and architects to establish strategic directions for the PKI solutions and future industry needs

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE:

  • Ability to effectively manage multiple functions or guide junior staff and initiatives.
  • Advanced understanding of business line and discipline with some knowledge of competitive environment and other disciplines.
  • At least 6 years’ relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role.
