Senior Placement Officer Join us as a Senior Placement Officer (Clerk Grade 9/10) We are excited to announce openings for multiple Senior Placement Officers within our Teaching and Learning Support directorate. • Location: Parramatta with access to flexible working arrangements available • Salary: Clerk Grade 9/10 with base salary ranging from $129,464 to $142,665 per annum, plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading • 3 x Temporary full-time opportunity up to three (3) years, with possibility for extension or conversion to ongoing About the NSW Department of Education At the NSW Department of Education, we educate and inspire lifelong learners – from early childhood, through schooling to vocational education and training. About the role The Senior Placement Officer coordinates and facilitates the selection and placement of high potential and gifted students into selective high schools and opportunity classes across NSW. Key knowledge and experience: • Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department’s Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department’s Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.
