Aureol Global Connections is on the lookout for two skilled Senior Planners to enhance our project management team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing project schedules, ensuring that complex projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, assess risks, and implement effective planning strategies. Your expertise in planning methodologies will guide project teams in executing tasks efficiently and aligning resources to achieve project objectives. Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and communicate comprehensive project schedules that reflect project scope, milestones, and deliverables. Collaborate with project managers to assess project requirements and align planning activities with project goals. Identify potential risks and constraints and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project timelines are adhered to. Monitor and report on the progress of projects, providing regular updates and analysis to stakeholders. Implement best practices in planning and scheduling, ensuring compliance with project management standards. Facilitate planning meetings and workshops with project teams and stakeholders to gather insights and build consensus. Utilize project management software and tools to create detailed schedules, resource plans, and forecasts. Conduct post-project evaluations to assess planning effectiveness and inform future projects. Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, preferably in the construction or engineering industry. Strong understanding of project management techniques and methodologies. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and scheduling tools. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities. Certification in planning or project management (e.g., PMP, PMI-SP) is highly preferred.
