Description:

Reporting to the Program Lead, Planning and Alignment division of the Planning and Quality Portfolio, within Primary Care Alberta, the Senior Planner is responsible for creating strategic, operational, and organizational plans that align with ministerial priorities. By applying standardized planning frameworks and tools, the Senior Planner ensures alignment and consistency across planning activities and provides key support for complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives in a dynamic and evolving health care landscape. This role involves strong collaboration with internal teams across PCA, as well as with external stakeholders including Provincial Health Ministries, Provincial Health Agencies (PHAs), Regional Primary Health Care Networks (RPHCNs), professional associations, and community-based organizations.
