Description
Job Responsibilities: Liaise with customers to coordinate and confirm delivery schedules. Monitor and update shipment commitments to ensure timely fulfillment. Collaborate with the Operations team to plan and align production schedules. Track and manage customer firm orders and forecasts to ensure accurate demand planning. Coordinate with customers and the Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) on any Return Material Authorization (RMA) cases. Oversee and update the weekly shipment and shipping plans. Ensure all customer deliveries are completed accurately and on time. Procure components in accordance with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) data from the ERP system. Update Sales Orders and generate corresponding Work Orders in the ERP system.
Responsibilities
