PROGRESS TRACKING & FORECASTING

o Perform regular progress updates and forecasting in collaboration with site teams and project managers
o Monitor project performance and productivity
o Record delay and disruption activities
o Analyse schedule deviations and recommend recovery strategies to keep milestones on track

o Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using tools like Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent
o Create and monitor baselines, critical paths, and float analysis to track project performance
