Your responsibilities will include: ● Bachelor's degree in business or related field. ● Minimum of 5 years' experience in manufacturing, distribution planning, or operations. ● Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and planning systems (e.g., Kinaxis). ● Solid understanding of distribution center processes and transportation concepts. ● Understanding of ISO and CGMP quality requirements. ● Demonstrated experience analyzing complex data sets, developing business cases, and executing improvement initiatives. ● Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analytics tools such as SQL or Alteryx. ● Adaptable and open to new ideas, processes, and procedures. ● Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and drive change in a matrixed environment.
