As our Senior Planner in our Contracting Division, you’ll work side‑by‑side with the Contract Manager, taking ownership of the day‑to‑day planning and scheduling that keeps our projects on track, profitable, and compliant. You’ll be the person who turns strategy into reality, developing programmes, working closely with key stakeholders, and ensuring accurate data flows into our business systems. Your work will directly influence project outcomes, safety performance, and client satisfaction. You’ll also play a key leadership role by modelling our values, championing Health & Safety, and supporting a strong culture of quality and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Planning and scheduling contracting works and specific projects Preparing monthly packs for field crews and keeping them informed Tracking maintenance and faults and updating relevant team members Implementing change management processes in the planning/programming function Reporting on team and delivery performance for monthly reports Working with the Regional Contracting Lead and Contract Manager to plan the year ahead Managing asset information and third-party requests Maintaining and updating systems (Primavera P6, MS Project, CCS, and internal tools) Supporting special projects, tender preparation and producing business documents Good Work equals Good Benefits At Fulton Hogan, we genuinely care about the wellbeing of our people and giving them the tools and opportunities they need to succeed and grow with us.
