Job Overview: The Senior Planner uses McDermott's Planning/Scheduling discipline practices and knowledge of internal or external issues to improve the Planning/Scheduling discipline within McDermott. They will act as a resource for colleagues with less experience and share their conceptual and practical expertise related to the Planning/Scheduling discipline. They solve complex problems and use their discipline-specific knowledge to improve their products or services. The Senior Planner impacts a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities with the Planning/Scheduling team and other related teams and ensures that they are working within the appropriate guidelines and policies.  Our ingenuity fuels daily life. Responsibilities
The Senior Planner is responsible for improving Planning/Scheduling discipline practices and solving complex problems within the team. They create and maintain logically linked activity schedules and analyze project performance, forecasts, and deviations.
