Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities   * Leadership is provided to manage the production control and planning process in the most cost-efficient manner. * Processes, procedures, and policies are created and implemented that will enable to meet scheduled commitments to our customers. * Glovia maintenance activities are verified as being performed per schedule. * Potential problems are identified and communicated that could affect process or product quality. *  Interface with Engineers, Customer Service, Purchasing and Manufacturing team to ensure rapid response to customer requirement * Conduct efficiently weekly/ monthly production planning meeting * Review trend on time deliveries, misses and analysis reasons to work with related department for improvement/CAR * Processes, procedures are created and implemented that will enable MCUBE to manage inventory, increase inventory turns, and reduce excess builds and scrap to ensure lowest possible cost * Review weekly and monthly reports for: shipping requirements, pull-ins/push-outs requirements and component part  * Lead team to make initiatives and have action to achieve inventory target Education & Experience   * Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.  * Specialisation in Supply Chain, Logistics is strongly preferred * 5+ years’ experience in production planning or related roles, preferably in manufacturing environment. * Experience with ERP software systems, Glovia/ Oracle preferred. * Innovative, capable of training, developing employees to use ERP in planning and inventory control. * Demonstrated ability to facilitate projects and achieve results through others. * Total Quality management experience. * Proficient computer skills, experience with Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Email, internet access.   Skills   * Strong knowledge of ERP * Ability to excel in a cross-organizational team environment * Ability to deal effectively with differences of opinion, to influence, to draw ideas from others, and to negotiate and mediate * Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills  * Good time management skills and ability to work with little supervision * Ability to anticipate and handle multiple priorities and moderately complex issues involving external and internal priorities * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. * Proficient in English Skills.
