In this role, you’ll provide dedicated support to key clients, working on major infrastructure projects across transport, energy, landfill, and property. You’ll collaborate with engineers and specialists to deliver impactful infrastructure across the state. We’re looking for someone with strong consultancy experience and a background in strategic and land use planning. Enjoy a flexible, hybrid work environment—split your time between our Brisbane office and remote work (up to two days a week). What you’ll do: * Provide thoughtful, high-quality planning advice, including development applications, land use planning, due diligence, and environmental approvals, for large-scale transport infrastructure projects * Embed yourself within the client team, offering best-practice consultancy support and building trusted relationships * Lead or support planning project delivery, coordinating multidisciplinary teams to achieve integrated outcomes * Work closely with clients and regulators, offering timely, practical, and solutions-focused advice * Contribute to business growth through proposal development and identifying new opportunities * Collaborate across teams to deliver meaningful outcomes for communities and the environment   Some of the key projects we’ve recently been involved in: * Technical due diligence for major renewable energy, industrial and agricultural assets. * Business Cases – assessing project options to inform strategic investment decisions.  * Environmental approvals for Major and ongoing Transport projects. * Development licence approvals for major Data Centre and energy projects.  * Environmental Assessments – delivering EIA documentation and coordinating technical specialists on complex infrastructure projects.  * Corridor Assessments – identifying and analysing planning and environmental constraints and opportunities.    About you You’re passionate about shaping places where people live, work, and move, and you’re ready to contribute to the next generation of transport and energy projects. With 10+ years’ experience in urban, regional, or infrastructure planning, you thrive in multidisciplinary settings and enjoy partnering with clients. You bring a consulting mindset and may have worked across government, property, energy, or Defence sectors. You’ll also bring: * A planning degree and eligibility for PIA membership * Strong knowledge of Victorian planning legislation and policy * Experience managing or coordinating projects and teams * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * A collaborative approach and attention to detail * Proven consultancy experience   Are you ready to make an impact?
