We are looking for a Senior Planning Engineer with expertise in steel fabrication and erection projects. The role requires comprehensive planning, scheduling, and monitoring of project activities to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical).
• 7+ years of experience in steel fabrication and erection projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Develop and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera or MS Project.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to ensure alignment on deliverables and deadlines.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management and stakeholders.
• Manage resource allocation, including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Conduct risk analysis and develop mitigation strategies to avoid project overruns.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Attend progress meetings with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Review and assess project changes, ensuring adjustments are incorporated into schedules and budgets.
