Job Title: Senior Planning Engineer
Location: Abu Dhabi
Experience: Minimum 12+ years
Availability: Immediate joiners preferred
Job Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including work breakdown structures, critical path analysis, and resource allocation for building projects.
- Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure alignment on project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Progress Monitoring: Track and report on project progress, identify potential delays, and propose corrective actions to ensure timely project completion.
- Cost Control: Assist in budgeting and cost management, ensuring project costs are within the allocated budget.
- Risk Management: Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential impacts on project timelines and budgets.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, progress reports, and change orders.
- Communication: Facilitate regular project meetings and update stakeholders on project status, challenges, and progress.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12+ years of experience as a Planning Engineer in building projects.
- Proven experience in project planning, scheduling, and control.
- Proficiency in planning software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of Abu Dhabi construction regulations and standards is a plus.
