JOB DESCRIPTION

• We are seeking an experienced Senior Planning Engineer to join our manufacturing division focused on fire truck production. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing detailed production plans to ensure timely delivery of high-quality fire trucks while aligning resources and schedules with business goals.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in planning roles within manufacturing, preferably automotive or heavy vehicle production.
• Strong knowledge of production planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, SAP, or equivalent ERP systems).
• Proven experience in scheduling, capacity planning, and workflow optimization.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive manufacturing production schedules for fire truck assembly and related components.

• Monitor production progress and update schedules to accommodate changes in scope, resource availability, or supply chain disruptions.
• Analyze production data and metrics to identify bottlenecks, delays, and improvement opportunities.
• Lead capacity planning, resource allocation, and material requirement forecasting to meet delivery deadlines.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on project status, risks, and mitigation plans for senior management.
