Roles & Responsibilities

• Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, update, and monitor detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project
  • Track project progress and analyze schedule performance
  • Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and recovery plans
  • Conduct delay analysis and support EOT claims preparation
  • Coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Monitor project planning and controls in line with contractual requirements
  • Ensure compliance with FIDIC and UAE contractual procedures

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant discipline
• Proven experience in PMC and Developer-side projects
• Strong experience in:
  • Large-scale residential developments
  • Horizontal infrastructure projects
  • High-rise and mixed-use developments
  • Waterfront developments
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and advanced Excel/reporting tools
• Good understanding of FIDIC contracts, EOT claims, and delay analysis
• UAE/GCC experience is preferred
• PMP, PSP, or CMI certifications will be an added advantage

Preferred Industry Background

Candidates from leading PMC, Developer, or Construction companies within the UAE/GCC region will be highly preferred.

• Candidates must be strictly from “PMC and Developer companies” only
• Experience in:
  • Large-scale residential / horizontal developments
  • High-rise / mixed-use / infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge in:
  • Primavera P6
  • MS Project
  • Project Planning & Controls
  • FIDIC Contracts
  • EOT Claims & Delay Analysis
• UAE/GCC experience is must
