Roles & Responsibilities

1. Develop, manage, and maintain baseline, revised, and recovery programmes
2. Project planning and scheduling using Primavera P6
3. Progress monitoring and performance tracking
4. Critical path analysis and delay impact assessment
5. Coordination with site, commercial, technical, and other project teams
6. Review and evaluate subcontractor schedules
7. Resource and productivity planning
8. Preparation of recovery and mitigation plans
9. Project reporting and dashboard preparation
10. Independent handling of overall project planning requirements

Desired Candidate Profile

• Residential projects: Towers, Villas, Mansions, and high-rise developments
• Primavera 6 & Construction filed
