Job scopes Assist in planning and coordinating operational initiatives across HK and GZ call centres Support backend administrative duties and maintain updated documentation for workflows Monitor key performance metrics and contribute insights for improvement strategies Work closely with Quality Assurance to ensure service compliance and high standards Help develop planning tools and scheduling models to optimize resource allocation Collaborate with management on reporting and planning documents for continuous improvement Occasionally travel to Guangzhou for cross-functional coordination and operations alignment Job requirements Diploma or above with experience in call centre or customer operations 2–4 years of experience in planning and administrative support in Call Centre Operations Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and accuracy Comfortable interpreting operational data and helping build planning models Familiar with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint Good in in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
