It involves digging into complex proposals, analysing key issues, preparing well‑crafted reports and guidance, and helping shape better assessment processes and systems. A big part of the job is turning technical detail into plain, accessible language that supports good decision‑making.   At the same time, the work happens in a fast‑moving environment with tight benchmarks, competing priorities and a wide mix of stakeholder expectations.
