Job Description The Senior Business Planner is responsible for managing end to end supply and demand planning while driving on time delivery (OTD), revenue plan attainment, and days of inventory (DOI) targets. Key Responsibilities Manage forecast and shipment to meet revenue plan Work order release and expedite to ensure right loading pattern and keeping to the targeted DOI level without impacting commit to customer Responsible for customer OTD and CRD Capacity knowledge for assembly and test to better manage wip to meet ship plan Manage inventory level, work towards meeting DOI target Coordination with inter-departments to resolve planning/shipment related issues. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any field Minimum 5–8 years of planning experience Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Ability to work cross‑functionally and communicate clearly with stakeholders Strong analysis skills and ability to work in dynamic condition Fluent in English in both oral and written Nice to have’s Proactive and passionate in planning field.
