As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our industrial plant, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and efficiency. Operate and monitor complex plant equipment, machinery, and control systems to maintain efficient production processes Supervise and train junior operators, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure smooth operations Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on plant equipment to minimize downtime and maximize productivity Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly to maintain continuous plant operations Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, environmental regulations, and quality standards Analyze production data and generate reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize plant performance Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including maintenance, engineering, and quality control, to enhance overall plant efficiency Participate in emergency response procedures and implement corrective actions when necessary Stay updated on industry best practices and technological advancements in plant operations Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in plant operations, with a proven track record of success Advanced knowledge of plant operations, processes, and industrial equipment Strong proficiency in operating and maintaining complex industrial machinery and control systems Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure In-depth understanding of safety protocols, environmental regulations, and quality standards Proficient in reading and interpreting technical documents, schematics, and operational manuals Experience with computerized control systems.
