Assist customers in optimizing AI-driven threat detection models and automated response workflows. Configure and tune machine learning algorithms to enhance detection efficacy. Develop AI-driven automation playbooks for security operations. Support Incident Response teams with AI-powered threat hunting. Conduct AI skills workshops for the Platform Professional Services team. Requirements 8 years of experience in IT deployments or customer environments. Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts applied to cybersecurity. Knowledge of software deployment technologies. Experience with AI-powered security tools and platforms. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience mentoring team members and leading projects. Skillful communication abilities to build collaborative relationships.
