• Innovate & Optimize Platform Infrastructure: Support the design and implementation of internal tools and platform services that simplify developer interactions. Refine and evolve our infrastructure-as-code setups (Terraform, ArgoCD, Kustomize, Helm) and optimize our Kubernetes clusters for high performance, reliability and cost-efficiency.
• Communicate, Support & Enable: Cultivate a knowledge-sharing culture by creating comprehensive documentation and resources, proactively communicate platform updates and roadmaps, and provide expert consultation and support to empower project teams through primarily self-service capabilities.
• Influence further Platform Development: Working closely with our Delivery Teams to proactively identify and propose solutions for technical debt and future-looking challenges.
