We're seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to combine software engineering expertise with IT infrastructure domain knowledge and a passion for automation and enablement. What You’ll Do Modernize Windows infrastructure hosting our heavily customized ResWare platform, title/escrow software requiring Office 365, Windows AD, network file sharing, SQL, and DMZ network for full features and automations. Lead the migration of Windows and Mac OS users to Chromebooks and secure Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI). Utilize Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps frameworks to "platformize" endpoint management and launch capabilities such as Zero-touch deployment (ZDM), Declarative Device Management (DDM), and device trust. Collaborate with Security, IT, and Engineering teams to maximize AI adoption and engineering velocity. Tech Stack Languages: Mac OS shell scripting, PowerShell, Terraform, Go, Python Cloud Platforms: Azure, AWS, Google Workspace Identity & Access: Azure AD, AWS IAM, Okta Endpoint Management: NinjaOne, Jamf, Google Admin, Crowdstrike CI/CD & DevOps: GitHub Actions What You’ll Need 5+ years of software engineering, IT automation, and/or platform management (Mac, Windows, Chromebook) Expert in Windows AD and Mac/Windows hybrid environments Expert in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), CI/CD, and software engineering Expert in endpoint security (AV/EDR) and mobile device management (MDM) Demonstrated leadership driving cross-functional technical initiatives and mentoring team members Bonus Points For M.S. in Computer Science Certifications in Azure, AWS, and Endpoint managements Knowledge of security compliance frameworks and compliance automation for Sarbanes Oxley (SOX), Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), and ISO 27001 Familiarity with ResWare Compensation The base pay range for this position is $210,000 - $234,000 annually, plus RSUs and bonuses.
