Job Description Senior technical role within the Global Operations team, responsible for ensuring stability, security, and performance of critical integration platforms. Opportunity to influence operational strategy and shape best practices for enterprise integration platforms. Key Responsibilities: Act as a technical authority for operational aspects of: API Management (Microsoft) Event Management (Solace & Kafka) iPaaS (Workato) Ensure platform reliability and implement preventative IT security measures, including: Vulnerability management and patching Identity and access control Secure configuration and compliance audits Disaster recovery planning Drive automation and observability improvements, including: Automating routine operational tasks Enhancing monitoring and alerting capabilities Provide operational requirements and technical input to platform development teams. Adhere to ITIL-based operational frameworks, including change management and incident handling. Build strong relationships across a large organization to support collaboration and knowledge sharing. Required Technical Skills: Senior-level proficiency in at least one of: Microsoft API Management Event-driven architecture (+Solace or Kafka) Enterprise automation tools (+Workato) Cloud proficiency (Azure) and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines. Scripting skills using tools/languages such as (Python, Bash, Java-script, ARM, Bicep) Knowledge of preventative IT security practices. Experience with observability and monitoring tools, such as: Splunk / Splunk Observability Datadog Grafana Prometheus Dynatrace Azure Monitor Familiarity with Open Telemetry standard Experience with ITSM and planning tools, such as: ServiceNow Jira Qualifications & Experience Minimum 7+ years of experience in platform engineering or similar technical roles. Proven track record in managing and supporting enterprise integration platforms in an operational capacity. Experience in designing and implementing robust monitoring, alerting, and security solutions. Familiarity with ITIL processes and operational governance frameworks.
