Job Description Senior technical role in Integration Operations team, ensuring stability, security, and performance of critical integration platforms. Opportunity to work with modern integration platforms and influence operational strategy and best practices. Key Responsibilities: Act as a technical authority for: API Management (Microsoft) Event Management (Solace & Kafka) iPaaS (Workato) Ensure platform reliability and implement preventative IT security: Vulnerability management, access control, secure configuration. Drive automation and observability improvements: Automate operational tasks, enhance monitoring and alerting. Provide input to platform development teams. Follow ITIL frameworks for change and incident management. Build strong relationships across a large organization. Required Technical Skills: Senior-level proficiency in at least one of: Microsoft API Management, Solace/Kafka, Workato. Cloud experience (Azure), CI/CD familiarity. Scripting (Python, Bash, JavaScript, ARM, Bicep). Knowledge of preventative IT security. Experience with observability tools, such as: Splunk, Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, Dynatrace, Azure Monitor. Familiarity with Open Telemetry. Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira). Qualifications & Experience 7+ years in platform engineering or similar roles. Proven experience managing enterprise integration platforms. Expertise in monitoring, alerting, and security solutions. Familiarity with ITIL processes.
