What do we ask of you?

• You have extensive experience as a Platform Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or in a similar senior technical role.
• You have demonstrable experience designing, building, and managing modern cloud-native platforms.
• You possess in-depth knowledge of Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes and have applied these technologies in practice.
• You are able to independently solve complex technical issues and engage in substantive discussions about them with architects, engineers, and stakeholders.
• You have experience making technical choices and substantiating architectural and design decisions.
• You work pragmatically, have an eye for quality, and actively seek improvements in processes, platforms, and working methods.
• You are a team-oriented professional who enjoys collaborating within a multidisciplinary squad and sharing knowledge with colleagues.

As a Senior Platform Engineer, you help our clients make their complex IT landscapes simpler, more stable, and future-proof. With your knowledge of cloud-native technology, automation, and platform engineering, you help build modern platforms on which development teams can work safely and efficiently.

• You work on solutions that support development teams in delivering newly developed software faster and more securely. In doing so, you combine your technical expertise with a pragmatic approach. You understand better than anyone that a good platform is not just about technology, but above all about reliability, scalability, and ease of use. However, that is of course not all; in this role, you are fully involved in the entire process, whether it concerns designing an OpenShift platform, improving CI/CD processes, or solving complex network issues: you ensure that the platform is rock solid.
