ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• 8-12 years of relevant experience in automation, infrastructure management, and related fields.
• Mandatory: Infrastructure as Code (IAC) using Ansible.
• Mandatory: Red Hat Enterprise Linux & general infrastructure knowledge.
• Highly Desired: Working knowledge of Ansible Automation Platform (or AWX) and its operational components.
• Highly Desired: Public Cloud experience (AWS).
• Desired Scripting Languages: Bash, Python.
• Good working knowledge of DevOps tools, Code Pipelines, GitHub, Jenkins, Artifactory.
• Familiarity with other toolsets such as Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, and Alert manager is beneficial but not mandatory.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree/master’s degree in engineering in Computer Science/Information Technology

• Support operational components of the Ansible Automation Platform, including vulnerability investigation and remediation.
• Troubleshoot issues and manage the application lifecycle.
• Monitor the platform and provide tenant support and guidance.
• Collaborate with other teams to enhance their automation solutions and delivery.
• Develop reusable solutions in line with the latest software trends.
• Drive automation by understanding processes and implementing improvements.
• Develop new initiatives to improve workflow through automation or tooling.
