Accountabilities

• Design, build, and continuously improve scalable, reliable, and secure cloud infrastructure across GCP and AWS.
• Architect and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, applying software engineering practices such as reusable modules, testing, and predictable deployments.
• Deploy, operate, and optimize Kubernetes environments, including GKE and EKS, with responsibility for networking, upgrades, service meshes, availability, performance, and resource utilization.
• Develop and maintain internal CI/CD systems and automation using technologies such as Argo CD, Atlantis, or similar tools.
• Diagnose and resolve complex platform issues involving performance, scalability, reliability, and security, while contributing to incident response and post-mortem processes.
• Drive automation initiatives that reduce manual work, minimize operational risk, and improve system reliability and efficiency.
• Partner closely with development teams to understand infrastructure and developer-experience needs and translate them into effective platform capabilities and roadmaps.
• Develop internal platform products, services, tools, and APIs that improve self-service and developer productivity.
• Implement strong cloud security practices covering access control, vulnerability management, encryption, compliance, audits, and relevant standards such as SOC 2 and GDPR.
• Contribute to technical direction through code reviews, knowledge sharing, mentorship, and close collaboration with engineering peers.
