Description

As a Senior Platform Manager at Infotel India, you will be responsible for leading our product strategy and execution across our platform offerings. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure that our platform meets business objectives and customer needs. Your primary responsibilities will include: Developing and executing the platform product strategy, vision, and roadmap to drive growth and customer value. Leading the planning and execution of product launches and enhancements, ensuring they align with company goals. Collaborating with engineering teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications and prioritize development efforts. Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, assess customer needs, and define product opportunities. Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of platform initiatives and regularly reporting progress to stakeholders. Managing relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to gather feedback and ensure alignment with product goals. Driving continuous improvement in product processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the organization. Staying up to date with industry trends and innovations to help inform product development and strategic direction. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in product management or platform management roles. Proven track record of successfully launching and managing multiple products or platforms. Strong understanding of software development processes and agile methodologies. Excellent analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making. Proficient in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to a variety of audiences. Experience in the technology sector, preferably within software platforms or services. Demonstrated leadership abilities and a passion for mentoring and developing team members.
