JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Platform Operations, Support & Test Engineer with extensive experience in Post production monitoring, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) & Business Requirements Testing (BRT) practices to join our team. In this role, you will ensure that our system meets reliability and stability business needs and software solutions exceed customer expectations with high quality. You will act as a critical liaison between ops teams, product owners, business analysts, and the Dev team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining testing frameworks and tools that ensure our software meets business, quality, and reliability standards.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 5+ years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on Business Requirements Testing.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog).
• Experience in incident response and root cause analysis.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in analyzing complex business processes and translating them into testable requirements.
• Proficiency in Golang and Python, or related programming languages.
• Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) and defect tracking systems.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, BDD).
• Solid experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Postman, Cypress).
• Experience in working with APIs, databases (PostgresDB, MongoDB), and performance testing tools.
• Familiarity with domain-specific tools or standards (e.g., healthcare, finance, e-commerce).
