  • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, piping layouts, and mechanical schematics.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery from start to finish.
  • Proficient in Bluebeam and other project management software.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and plumbing code requirements.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as required.

Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple commercial/public work plumbing projects simultaneously.
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, submittals, and procurement of materials.
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and field staff.
  • Lead pre-construction planning and collaborate on estimating and bidding efforts.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
  • Resolve on-site issues and respond to unforeseen challenges with minimal disruption.
  • Maintain accurate documentation including RFIs, change orders, and daily field reports.
  • Ensure all installations meet or exceed local codes and project specifications.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team on invoicing, billing, and change order management.
  • Conduct project closeouts and post-project evaluations.
