Leads and manages large, complex enterprise-level projects consisting of multiple teams and/or requiring integration with other activities outside the normal project scope. Represents Unisys to client senior management, ensuring mutual understanding of how Unisys and clients can work together to optimize product application and achieve business success. Identifies new program and project opportunities with potentially company-wide impact. Leads and oversees project initiation, risk assessment, team startup, execution and post-project review. Initiates and leads project / program management process improvement task forces, facilitating and encouraging improvement based on lessons learned and state-of-the-art project management techniques. Drives change and continually improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Program / Project Management. Sought out by executives to lead or provide advice on important projects. You will be successful in this role if you have: NV1 Security Clearance is required for this role. 5-8 years of relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience Master’s degree preferred.
