Job Description We are seeking a Senior PM – IT Infrastructure (Pharma Manufacturing) to join our team and support complex initiatives within pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities. This role focuses on leading IT infrastructure projects in highly regulated shopfloor environments, with strong exposure to manufacturing systems, automation, and integrations with MES and SAP. The successful candidate will play a key role in bridging IT and manufacturing operations, ensuring reliable, compliant, and efficient project delivery. Responsibilities Lead and manage complex IT infrastructure projects within pharmaceutical manufacturing plants Develop and execute project plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and regulatory requirements Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, manufacturing, automation, and external partners Oversee integrations between shopfloor systems, MES platforms, and enterprise systems such as SAP Manage project scope, risks, dependencies, and resources throughout the full project lifecycle Ensure compliance with GxP regulations, validation requirements, and industry standards Act as a trusted partner for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, expectation management, and proactive issue resolution Drive hands-on project execution with strong attention to detail and operational impact Provide regular project status updates and reporting to senior stakeholders Support continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing IT environments Qualifications Minimum 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager within pharmaceutical manufacturing or other regulated industrial environments Strong background in IT infrastructure projects in shopfloor or production environments Proven experience working with or integrating MES systems and/or SAP Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, automation, and production line environments Experience delivering projects in GxP-regulated environments Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams Hands-on, proactive mindset with strong ownership and problem-solving capabilities High attention to detail and ability to manage complexity in dynamic environments Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus Willingness to travel to client sites when required, while maintaining flexibility and balance Additional Information At Fusion, we aspire to be one of the world's leading life sciences consulting firms, setting industry benchmarks with innovative and pioneering solutions.
