YOUR CAPABILITY AND EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in a Portfolio Management Office or Enterprise PMO supporting change across a business wide transformation / large complex business and technology programs.
  • Experience within the Australian financial services industry.
  • Good understanding of Lean Portfolio Management; principles and practices.
  • Strong computer literacy, with advanced skills with MS Office products including Excel, PowerPoint, Word; knowledge of and experience in using Oracle ERM is desired but not essential
  • Experience in using Project Management and collaboration software such as Sharepoint and Power BiExcellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail

Responsibilities
  • Ensure financial information projects, programs and portfolios is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Support Project managers in building quality forecasts and ensuring project costs are captured correctly
  • Prepare and provide regular, timely and accurate project reporting to key stakeholder groups in accordance with required format and timeframes
  • Complete reviews of data held within our delivery tools to ensure that changes have been implemented effectively
  • Support the Portfolio Office and Delivery in implementing governance standards across relevant projects, programs and portfolios
  • Support the project Change Control process to maintain compliance, by ensuring that all change management requests are managed correctly and within expected timeframes
  • Support the effective identification and management of risks and issues in alignment with the risk and issue management framework. Helping to minimise or remove the impact on CFS
