Description

Lead projects from initiation through to successful delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, scope, timelines, budget and expected benefits.
Deliver business transformation and organisational change projects across a global environment.
Work with business stakeholders to understand challenges, identify opportunities and develop practical solutions.
Support initiatives designed to improve efficiency, reduce costs and increase productivity, including automation and technology-enabled change.
Manage projects involving the implementation or enhancement of technology solutions that support wider business objectives.
Work across business, technology, operational, commercial and customer-facing teams.
Manage cross-functional project teams and coordinate stakeholders across different countries and time zones.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies and competing priorities.
Apply Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid project management approaches according to the requirements of the project.
Work alongside Change Managers, Business Analysts, Portfolio Managers and other Project Managers to ensure successful delivery and adoption.
Track project outcomes and ensure that benefits are clearly defined, measured and realised.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of project delivery practices and ways of working.
