Must have
proven experience in PM/PMO related to IT initiatives / projects
outstanding written and verbal communication with proficiency in English
strong reporting skills and good attention to detail
advanced MS Office skills with focus on Excel & PowerPoint
hardworking with ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment

We are looking for a Project Management Officer to:
support implementation of IT platform change across GOTO
prepare different types of reports related with progress, dependencies, risk and issues
act as a main point of contact regarding project related tools
liaise with business partners and peers
participate and manage various project specific activities as required.
manage preparation and collect project and process related documentation
prepare and manage project communication plan
