Key Requirements

• Strong experience as a Senior PMO Manager / PMO Lead / Portfolio PMO Manager
• Experience leading and managing PMO Managers or PMO teams, ideally across global locations
• Strong experience working across multiple programmes and complex change portfolios
• Strong portfolio governance, reporting, RAID and delivery oversight experience
• Experience managing governance forums, reporting cycles and executive-level packs
• Strong financial forecasting, budget tracking and resource management experience
• Experience within large-scale technology change or transformation environments, ideally within a large global organisation
• Experience with Clarity PPM is highly desirable, or similar portfolio/delivery management tooling
• Strong senior stakeholder management and communication skills
• Comfortable combining PMO leadership with hands-on PMO delivery when required
