As the Senior Policy Officer, some of your duties will include:

• Undertaking a broad range of activities relating to policy and legislative development on complex matters, including the preparation of high-level briefings for senior management and the Minister
• Producing key policy outputs including, but not limited to, regulations, cabinet submissions, briefings and drafting instructions
• Developing policy proposals, including proposals of a complex nature, using knowledge of structures, processes and culture of government, the Department and the relevant regulatory and commercial environments.
