As a Senior Porter, you'll play a key role in creating a seamless and five-star experience for our guests while supporting the day-to-day operations of the Bell Desk team. From coordinating luggage services to assisting with valet duties, you'll lead by example and help uphold the high standards of our Front Services department. This role is ideal for an experienced porter ready to step up into a leadership position with added responsibilities in coordination, reporting, and guest service delivery. What you’ll be doing: * Providing a warm, personalised five-star welcome to all guests * Supporting the Bell Desk team and ensuring smooth daily operations * Assigning tasks and coordinating with other departments as needed * Posting guest charges and maintaining accurate billing records * Assisting with valet parking, luggage delivery, and other porter duties as required Our ideal candidate: * Previous experience as a porter (hotel experience preferred) * Flexibility to work AM, PM, and occasional overnight shifts * A full, clean New Zealand driver’s licence * Immaculate grooming and professional presentation * A positive, hard-working attitude with a background in customer service Benefits: Cordis is not just about delivering a memorable experience for our guests but an amazing experience for you.
